To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payments

Billing

Paid features require a subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may offer refunds at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit viruses or malicious code

6. Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to post such content and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

AI-Generated Content

Our AI features generate content suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Revalis and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics providers). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revalis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revalis and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
